In connection with the upcoming Galungan holiday, please note the following changes to immigration services:
- 18–20 April: Only new e-Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) applications can be processed.
- 22–25 April: No visa extensions will be processed during this period.
You can still submit your visa or extension application via our website, but processing will resume only after the holidays. We strongly recommend submitting in advance to avoid delays or complications.
Please also note that our response time may be slower during this period, and processing delays may occur due to post-holiday backlogs.
If you’re unsure how the closures might affect your application, feel free to contact our team.
Thank you for your understanding — and Selamat Hari Raya Galungan from all of us at Bali Entry.
What is Galungan?
Galungan is one of Bali’s most important religious celebrations. It marks the victory of good (dharma) over evil (adharma), and during this time, many Balinese families return to their ancestral homes to pray and celebrate with loved ones. Most public offices, including immigration, are closed as part of the holiday.
