Please be advised that immigration offices in Indonesia and most will operate on adjusted schedules in observance of New Year’s Day 2026. Certain services will be unavailable or limited during this period.
The following applies to Immigration Offices in Bali:
Ngurah Rai Immigration Office
Will be fully closed on Friday, 2 January 2026 and will resume normal operations on Monday, 5 January 2026.
Denpasar Immigration Office
Will be closed on Thursday, 1 January 2026.
On Friday, 2 January 2026, the office will be open for emergency cases only
Regular services will resume on Monday, 5 January 2026.
Singaraja Immigration Office
Will be closed on Thursday, 1 January 2026 and will reopen with normal operations on Friday, 2 January 2026.
Unavailable Services During Closures
Immigration services such as visa extensions, ITAS processing, EPO and biometrics will not be available during full closure days and may be limited during emergency-only operations.
