This visa allows you to:
- Travel to and from Indonesia.
- Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
- Attending education, as long as it has been reported to Immigration (using the multiple activity reporting process).
This visa doesn’t allow you to:
- Stay in Indonesia after your visa expires.
- Sell goods or services in Indonesia.
- Working for and receiving compensation/wages from Indonesian companies or individuals.

Passport validity
Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
Recent photograph
A recent color portrait photograph of you.
Personal bank statement
Min. USD $2,000 covering the last 3 months (name, date, and balance).
Birth Certificate
Birth certificate translated to Indonesian (except if in English).
Indonesian Court Decision
Indonesian court decision explaining the legal relationship.
ID card
ID card and Family card (KK) of the Indonesian father/mother.
If you’re applying inside Indonesia you are required to submit your current visa (must still be valid for at least 30 days)

Who qualifies for an E31F visa?
The applicant must be a lawfully adopted child of an Indonesian national. They should provide proof of a legal adoption process and a court decision stating the legal relationship between the adopted child and the adoptive Indonesian parent.
Can I work with an E31F visa?
No. The E31F visa doesn’t permit you to work, earn an income, or receive compensation from Indonesian companies and entities. However, like some Family visas, it allows you to pursue your education in Indonesia upon informing and getting approval from the Ministry of Immigration.
