What our clients say
FAQ
Who is eligible for the E31G Visa?
The E31G Visa is designed for foreign nationals who are parents of Indonesian citizens. If you are a parent wanting to live in Indonesia with your Indonesian child, this visa is the right choice for you. To apply, you need to provide proof of your relationship with your child, such as a birth certificate, along with documents that confirm your child’s Indonesian citizenship.
Is the E31G Visa a pathway to permanent residency (KITAP)?
While the E31G Visa allows holders to stay in Indonesia for an extended period, it doesn’t automatically grant permanent residency (KITAP). However, after holding the E31G Visa for some time, you might be eligible to apply for KITAP, which provides more long-term stability. Your eligibility will depend on your individual circumstances and the current immigration regulations in Indonesia, which are subject to change.
