What our clients say
FAQ
Can I apply for an E33F Retirement visa outside Indonesia?
Yes, as of January 2024, foreigners can now apply for the Retirement KITAS offshore from their country of origin. Previously, retirees must obtain a C1-Vist Visa and be physically present in Indonesia to initiate the process. Our visa agency will be happy to assist you with the application.
If you’re already in Indonesia, you can convert your current visa to a Retirement KITAS. However, this option is unavailable if you entered the country with a simple Visa on Arrival (VoA).
Can I work in Bali with an E33F Retirement visa?
No, the Retirement KITAS doesn’t allow you to work, receive compensation from an Indonesian company, run a business, or earn an income, such as leasing a property. You can, however, work remotely with a foreign company or employer not licensed in Indonesia.
