At Bali Entry, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent visa application process. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to offer fair and reasonable refund policies. Please review the terms below to understand our refund policy before proceeding with your application. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Cancellation Before Submission
If you cancel your application before it has been submitted to Indonesian Immigration, a refund will be issued minus a 10% administration fee.
Post-Submission and Approval
Once your application has been submitted to Immigration and payment has been made, or if your e-VISA has been approved, no refund can be provided.
Visa Application Denial
If your e-VISA application is denied by the Indonesian Government, we cannot offer a refund, except under special circumstances.
Entry Denied at Immigration Borders
If your visa is approved but you are denied entry upon arrival in Indonesia by immigration authorities, no refund will be issued.
Entry approval is at the sole discretion of Indonesian Immigration officers, and we are not responsible for any decisions made at the border.
Entry Denied by Airline at Check-in
If your airline refuses boarding due to visa-related issues, incomplete travel documents, or other reasons, no refund will be provided.
It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure they meet all airline requirements before traveling.
We strongly recommend verifying your travel documents with your airline before departure.
Force Majeure and Border Closures
In cases of unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political unrest, we reserve the right to modify or suspend our refund policy. If the Indonesian Government closes its borders and your approved e-VISA expires as a result, we cannot provide a refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 21 business days from the date of your email request to our accounts department at info@balientry.com.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment account.
- For bank transfer refunds, any bank fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will be issued in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and will follow the prevailing exchange rate.

- Full Address
- Phone Number
- Beneficiary Bank Name
- Account Name
- Account Number
- SWIFT Code
- Bank Address (City and Country)
