The D2 Multiple Entry Business Visa (D212) is applicable to business people who need to enter Bali several times. Note that you can only use this visa for unpaid business activities while on the island.
The D2 Multiple Entry Business Visa permits an initial stay of up to 60 days. You can extend this visa twice, with each extension granting an additional 60 days. This means you can enjoy a stay in Bali for a total of up to 180 days per visit. Once the 180 days are up, you must exit the country. Because this is a “multiple entry” visa, you can exit and re-enter Indonesia with the same visa during the active length of your visa. This visa allows you to:
- Travel freely in and out of Indonesia as long as your visa is valid.
- Carry out activities related to business: conduct meetings, purchase and check goods at offices, factories, or production sites.
- Discuss, negotiate, and/or sign business contracts.
- Conduct activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
This visa doesn’t allow you to:
- Stay in Indonesia after your visa expires.
- Sell goods or services in Indonesia.
- Working for and receiving compensation/wages from Indonesian companies or individuals.
