C2

Single Entry Business Visa

The C2-Single Entry Business visa is for foreigners who want to engage in unpaid business-related activities in Indonesia for 60 days. The visa is extendable twice, giving you a total stay of 180 days.

The C2 visa is a fantastic option for foreigners planning an extended business trip to Bali, Indonesia. It allows you to attend meetings, buy or check goods at the factory or production site, and discuss or sign contracts. If you need to stay longer than 60 days, you can extend the visa twice, adding another 60 days each time for a maximum of 180 days. While the visa lets you engage in business-related activities, it doesn’t permit you to start or run a business. C2 is a single-entry visa and can’t be used to exit and re-enter Indonesia multiple times.

FAQ

Should I keep applying for a C2 visa each time I visit Indonesia for business purposes?

You can use the C2 visa only once to enter Indonesia. Once you leave the country, you must apply for another C2 visa to re-enter. If you need to visit Indonesia regularly for business reasons, the Multiple Entry Business visa is a better choice. It allows you to go in and out of the country numerous times within the visa’s validity period.

Can I establish a business in Bali with a C2 visa?

No, the C2 visa is for conducting unpaid business-related activities, such as meetings, negotiations, contract signings, and product purchases or inspections. It doesn’t permit you to sell goods and services, work, or earn income from an Indonesian company or individual. If you want to work or invest in Indonesia and are unsure which visa best fits you, you may contact our visa agency for consultation.
