The C20 visa (Installing and Repairing Machines) is designed for foreign nationals who need to enter Indonesia to install, repair, or maintain machinery or technical equipment at an Indonesian company’s facilities. This visa is commonly used by technicians, engineers, and technical specialists involved in post-sale installation or maintenance work.
Do you need to stay in Bali or Indonesia for technical installation or repair work? The C20 visa allows an initial stay of 60 days and can be extended twice, allowing a total stay of up to 180 days. It is ideal for foreign experts who must personally carry out installation or repair work that cannot be delegated to local staff.
The C20 is a single-entry visa, meaning it can be used for one entry only. C20 holders may also engage in tourism activities and visit friends or family, but the visa does not permit employment or receiving payment from Indonesian entities.
