1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Bali Entry, a business entity under PT. Cinta Investment Group (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

 

2. About Bali Entry

Bali Entry is a visa agency under PT. Cinta Investment Group, providing visa services to individuals and businesses seeking entry into Indonesia. Our services include consultation, document processing, and application submission to the Indonesian Immigration Office.

 

3. Services Provided

We assist with obtaining various types of visas, including but not limited to:

  • Visa on Arrival (VOA)
  • Single Entry Visas (Index C)
  • Multiple Entry Visas (Index D)
  • Temporary Stay Permits (KITAS/KITAP)
  • Other visa-related services as per Indonesian regulations

Our role is to facilitate the visa application process, but we do not guarantee visa approval, as final decisions rest with Indonesian Immigration.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide Accurate Information: Clients must submit truthful and complete information. Any discrepancies may result in visa rejection.
  • Submit Required Documents on Time: Failure to provide necessary documentation within specified deadlines may delay processing.
  • Compliance with Indonesian Laws: Clients must follow all regulations while in Indonesia.

 

5. Fees and Payments

  • Service Fees: All pricing is listed on our website or communicated directly to clients.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required before we begin processing a visa application.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which can be reviewed separately on our website.

 

5.1 Additional fees

  • Overstay Fines Settlement: If submitting a visa extension too late (when the visa is already expired or not leaving enough time for processing the application as listed on the specific service paid for) we will require full payment of your overstay fines aswell as a IDR 250,000 service fee + 3% card payments processing fee on the total for settling the fines on your behalf. Applications will not be processed before the fines are paid in full.

 

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Pre-Submission Cancellation: If an application is canceled before submission, a refund may be available as per our Refund Policy.
  • Post-Submission Cancellation: Once an application has been submitted, refund eligibility will follow the guidelines set in our Refund Policy.
  • Visa Denial: If the visa is denied by Immigration, refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
  • Denied Entry at Immigration or by Airlines: If a client is refused entry at the border or denied boarding by an airline, refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

 

7. Prohibited Activities

When using our services, you agree NOT to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your visa application.
  • Attempt to use a visa for purposes other than what it was issued for (e.g., working on a tourist visa).
  • Engage in any illegal activities while using our services or upon arrival in Indonesia.
  • Reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our website, branding, or service materials without written permission.
  • Use our website or services in a manner that may harm, disable, or impair Bali Entry’s operations.
  • Attempt to circumvent Indonesian immigration laws or engage in visa fraud.
  • Act in a way that may damage the reputation of Bali Entry or PT. Cinta Investment Group.

Failure to comply with these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of our services and possible legal action.

 

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on the Bali Entry website, including text, logos, graphics, images, documents, and software, is owned by or licensed to PT. Cinta Investment Group and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of our website or materials without prior written consent from Bali Entry.
  • Unauthorized use of our brand name, logo, or copyrighted content may result in legal action.
  • If you believe that any content on our website infringes on your intellectual property rights, please contact us at info@balientry.com for resolution.

 

9. Guidelines for Reviews

We welcome honest feedback and client reviews. However, by submitting a review about Bali Entry, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate feedback based on your personal experience.
  • Avoid using offensive, defamatory, misleading, or false statements.
  • Not post reviews containing personal attacks, threats, or hate speech.
  • Refrain from publishing confidential or private information about Bali Entry staff, clients, or business operations.
  • Not use reviews as a means of harassment, extortion, or manipulation.
  • Understand that we reserve the right to moderate, respond to, or request removal of false or defamatory reviews in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Bali Entry acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for the final approval of any visa.
  • We are not liable for delays, denials, or travel disruptions caused by immigration authorities, airlines, or other third parties.
  • Our liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for our services.

 

11. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Bali Entry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in Indonesian courts.
